India has extended the ban on international passenger flights till November 30. This is because of huge spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The scheduled international flights have been suspended in India further. However, there are several countries where Indian citizens can still travel even after the ban has implemented. India operates special international flights under the Vande Bharat Mission. India has made the bilateral “air bubble” arrangements with few countries which are selective.
India has created air-bubble pacts with around 28 countries. Under an air-bubble pact between two countries, special international flights can be operated by their airlines between their territories by implying specific restrictions and rules.

Despite the fact that pandemic is spreading on a large-scale, individuals still require to travel from one place to another.
This is why India has formed air bubble pacts with 28 distinctive countries. These bubble pacts are created on the basis of certain rules and restrictions to still avoid the spread of the deadly virus. Only these countries are allowed to operate flights within India. Besides these countries, no other country is allowed to travel from and to India.
