Stargirl- American TV series
Introduction
Stargirl is an American superhero TV series which was created by Geoff Johns that was premiered on the DC universe. The series is followed by a high school student, Courtney Whitmore which is played by the actress Brec Bassinger. She discovers a cosmic staff and soon becomes an inspiration for the new generation of superheroes and the teens and later becomes the Justice society of America. The DC universe ordered for the series in July of the year 2018 and the filming of the series began in March in the year 2019 in a metropolitan area of Georgia. The DC universe premiered the very first season the Stargirl in May 2020 which consisted of 13 episodes. As the series got immense love from its fans it is said the second season of the series will be aired in 2021.

Casting of the Stargirl
When in September of the year 2018, it was announced that brec bassinger is casted for the role of courtesy, johns said it was very difficult for him to choose the best candidate for the role, after auditioning about hundreds of girls for the role. For bassinger he said that she was perfect for the role as he immediately knew that she was Courtney, she was humorous, full of enthusiasm and her energy all of them fitted the best for the role of Stargirl. Following this, in November of the same year, the following roles of Beth chapel, doctor nite and many more were casted. And in December of the same year again, the roles of the Justice society of America were casted.
